“Cheesy” Tamari Roasted Sunflower Seeds
Preheat oven to 375
1 cup raw sunflower seeds
2-3 Tablespoons Tamari (wheat-free soy sauce)
1 Tablespoon Nutritional Yeast
Toss the sunflower seeds with the tamari and nutritional yeast.
Spread on a cookie sheet and bake for about 20 minutes.
Enjoy on salads, garnish soups, or grab a handful!
