We make a variety of hummus and deli salads in our very own little kitchen.


Traditional Chick Pea Based Hummus:

Garlic (original)

The basic hummus. A blend of organic chick peas, tahini, lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, garlic and spices.

Sundried Tomato Basil

Hummus with garlic, sundried tomatoes and basil added.  A slightly sweet/slightly tangy with a little more olive oil for rich flavor.

Roasted Red Pepper Chipotle

Blended with roasted red peppers and chipotle chili powder, this hummus has a little heat to it but isn’t too spicy.  Finished with Applewood Smoked Sea Salt. (available on the spice island)

Green Olive Hummus New as of May 2015!

An instant customer favorite! A little lighter on the garlic than most, but bursting with the flavor of green olives and spices! Grab it when you see it, this one sells fast!


Love hummus but don’t always want the garlic? This hummus is made without garlic, but not without flavor! A creamier texture, toasted sesame oil and a hint of rosemary make this a favorite of those on a lunch break that don’t want to scare off their coworkers in the afternoon!


Dill weed and spices added to the original Garlic Hummus. Great with cucumber sandwiches!

Rich ‘n’ Rustic

This hummus isn’t blended as smooth as the others, even leaving some beans whole. It has extra olive oil and extra spices for a luscious and savory hummus experience.  Best flavor at room temperature!

White Bean based:

Cannellini Beans, also know as White Kidney Beans, are the base of the next two.

Tuscan Sun

Creamy white beans blended with organic sunflower seed butter (Sun Butter), extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, garlic and Italian spices. Try thinning this hummus down with your choice of milk and tossing with pasta!

Fresh Pesto

Quite a different hummus, but don’t be afraid to try it! This one has walnuts instead of tahini and fresh basil. The perfect on a nice crusty baguette! (Only available when fresh basil is available.)

Black Bean based:

Cilantro Scallion Black Bean

Black beans blended with EVOO, lemon juice, fresh cilantro and fresh cilantro. A slightly lighter option because it doesn’t have any nut butter or tahini.

Deli Salads:

We’re always trying out new recipes for you, but here are a few of the classics.

Chick Pea Salad

Slightly mashed chick peas, vegenaise, celery, onion and spices. Vaguely reminiscent of tuna salad without being fishy.

Tofu “Egg” Salad 

Vegenaise, crumbled tofu, celery, onion and spices make up this very popular salad.  Yes it’s vegan friendly, but is enjoyed by many non-vegans.  Make yourself a sandwich with your favorite bread or enjoy straight from the container.

Tempeh Salad

Crumbled tempeh combined with Veganaise, shredded carrots, onion and spices. If you’ve never had tempeh before, this is a great introduction! Try it in a pita, on crackers, or just grab a fork!
